Product working principle
The grate is driven by the governor box, and constantly moves slowly from front to back. The coal enters the coal hopper through
the coal loader. The coal hopper falls on the grate and then is evenly conveyed to the furnace by the coal sluice.The coal seam moves to the furnace with the grate continuously, and the oxygen is given by the blower at the same time, and the radiant heat in the furnace is accepted, and the stage of drying and ignition is carried out in turn, until the combustion is done.In addition to the slag discharged by the slag removing machine, the air from the bottom fan of the coal-fired hot blast stove enters the furnace through the coal seam through the air duct, and the high-temperature furnace gas produced after mixing combustion.
